The Trade Desk in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Client Services professional to lead key advertiser accounts, act as a trusted advisor on the Trade Desk platform, and collaborate with Sales and Trading to optimize campaigns across clients.

This role emphasizes growing accounts through strong relationships, onboarding new clients, developing training collateral, mentoring teammates, and translating client needs into product improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and develop client relationships.
• Experience with online advertising or SAAS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a roster of accounts, acting as a small business owner to grow clients’ business.
• Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform and advise clients on marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales & Trading to grow accounts and meet client goals.
• Develop relationships with brand and agency clients as a consultant.
• Own onboarding training plans and educate on platform improvements and new channels.
• Lead initiatives and move accounts forward beyond task management.
• Represent client needs to Product Management for features and integrations.
• Create training collateral and onboard new teammates with Product Marketing.
