Job summary

The Trade Desk in New York, NY is seeking a Client Services Manager to grow a roster of key accounts and deliver strategic, data-driven guidance across open internet advertising. You will onboard new customers with the Trading team and train clients on platform features to improve campaign KPIs.

Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to identify growth opportunities, share best practices, and develop client-facing materials. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative, client-facing work with online advertising experience preferred.
• Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of growing accounts by understanding client objectives and applying best strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a roster of key accounts with strong client relationships and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Trading team to onboard new customers and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify growth opportunities within current accounts.
• Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform and advise on KPI improvement.
• Provide ongoing training to clients as new features are released.
• Work with Product Management to define features and drive platform enhancements.
• Help build the Client Services practice with training materials and best practices.
