Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client. The role requires leading the training team, coordinating schedules with the Transformation Readiness Team, and delivering instructor-led, in-person and virtual training to VCF staff.

You will create curricula, materials, and graphics for How-To guides and communications, and collaborate with the system integrator to rollout transformed claims

Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients
• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team, coordinate overall schedule and activities with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead, and communicate updates to VCF leadership
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams, ensuring quality, on-time deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules to achieve successful outcomes
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Must be a United States citizen

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan
• Design and create user-friendly graphics and communication media for How-To Guides, website content, and other communications vehicles
• Provide support to staff to ease the transition and ensure a successful rollout of the transformed claim review and operational processes
• Develop myVCF system training using training materials delivered by the myVCF System Integrator
• Submit for approval by VCF all communications and training materials and track through the approval process
