Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree targeting Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, or a related field
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience
• Experience in Microsoft Project Professional or other scheduling tool
• Ability to proactively drive conversations and ask detailed questions
• Must have excellent follow-up/follow-through skills
• Comfortable collaborating with multi-faceted teams to drive issues to closure within your domain
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of integrated master schedules for large-scale programs
• Ensure integration of all project activities across the enterprise
• Conduct advanced risk analysis to identify schedule risks
• Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using Gantt, PERT, milestones
• Prepare and present detailed schedule status reports to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scheduling data accuracy and coordination
• Support program management in implementing advanced scheduling best practices
