Job summary

Sierra Nevada Company, LLC (SNC) is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst III to lead the development and management of integrated master schedules for large-scale programs. You will ensure alignment across project activities, perform advanced risk analysis, and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet objectives and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of planning/scheduling experience, proficiency with scheduling tools like Microsoft Project,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree targeting Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, or a related field.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.
• Ensure integration of project activities across the enterprise.
• Perform advanced risk analysis to identify schedule risks.
• Identify and resolve critical path and logic conflicts using Gantt/PERT methods.
• Prepare and present schedule status reports to senior stakeholders.
