Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corp. seeks a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst III to lead integrated master plans and schedules for complex programs in a hybrid Lone Tree, CO / Plano, TX environment. You’ll drive schedule risk analyses, partner with project managers, and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.

Responsibilities include aligning schedules with program objectives, resolving critical path issues, and promoting best practices in scheduling across teams. A security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree targeting Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, or a related field.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Project Professional or other similar scheduling tool.
• Ability to proactively drive conversations and ask detailed questions.
• Must have excellent follow-up/follow-through skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with multi-faceted teams to drive issues to closure within your domain.
• Ability to communicate status to completion on workload, and raise roadblocks/issues to team for mitigation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, development, and coordination of integrated master plans and schedules for highly complex projects.
• Oversee tracking and maintenance of project plans and schedules to ensure integration across the enterprise.
• Conduct advanced risk analysis to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
• Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using advanced PM techniques.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on schedule status to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scheduling data accuracy and coordination.
• Support program management in developing scheduling best practices and continuous improvement.
