Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Planning and Scheduling Manager to lead the development of integrated master schedules for complex aerospace programs. You will drive risk analyses, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor analysts to ensure on-time delivery within budget and compliance frameworks.

The role requires 11+ years in planning/scheduling with at least 4 years in leadership, MS Project expertise, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree targeting Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 11+ years of experience in program planning and scheduling, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 15 years of related experience is required
• Advanced skills in MS Project Professional or other scheduling tools and familiarity with EVM tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development and coordination of integrated master plans and schedules for complex programs
• Ensure tracking and maintenance of project plans for horizontal and vertical integration across the enterprise
• Lead schedule risk analysis to identify and mitigate significant risks
• Resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using Gantt, PERT, and milestone charts
• Present detailed schedule reports to senior stakeholders and executives
• Mentor junior analysts in advanced scheduling techniques
