Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Sr Program Master Planner to oversee the integration of multiple large-scale aerospace projects. You will lead a team of program and project managers, ensuring customer satisfaction, cost control, scheduling, and technical execution across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes Master Planning, technical roadmapping, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, operations, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in Aerospace/Defense.
• 5+ years leading large scale projects with 10+ cross-functional staff.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and complex contracts.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Manage total Program Integration for multiple large-scale projects or one highly complex development with high visibility.
• Lead a portfolio of other Program/Project Managers focusing on customer relationships, cost, schedule and technical planning.
• Track and report project status, technical execution, and overall program performance.
• Supervise program staff to ensure successful outcomes and interface with stakeholders.
• Develop Master Plan, Technical Roadmap, and ensure alignment with program goals.
• Identify risks, run scenario analyses, and manage handoffs across IPTs and suppliers.
