Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization.

This role is fully remote and requires expertise in MS Project, with a proven track record of managing complex schedules and partnering with stakeholders for program execution. Key duties include leading baselines, analyzing performance, mentoring teams, integrating cost/schedule data, and ensuring EVMS compliance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor program teams in planning/scheduling best practices.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules data into program data.
• Perform advanced EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management.
