Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement across a group of strategic government contracts. The role focuses on ensuring successful outcomes, risk mitigation, and strong partnerships with agency partners.

You will oversee a portfolio, drive agile practices, and coordinate with subcontractors and finance to maintain program health and growth. A background in public-sector delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale delivery programs for government or public sector.
• Experience with government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
• Proven ability to scale agile teams (50+ staff) and manage complex milestones.
• Experience with paid family leave programs or benefits programs a plus.
• Must be able to work East Coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and client engagement for a portfolio of strategic contracts.
• Identify and mitigate risks, negotiate with subcontractors, and manage CLINs/option years.
• Foster trust and clarity, ensuring delivery excellence and high client satisfaction.
• Scale delivery by guiding PMs and cross-functional leads.
• Ensure contract management and financial tracking in coordination with finance.
