Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on a group of strategic contracts for government agencies. You will manage milestones, coordinate with finance, and scale delivery with a team of PMs.

You will work east coast hours, travel to Richmond, VA, and ensure compliant governance, risk management, and performance against goals using Jira/Confluence and agile practices.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs.
• Must work east coast hours and be able to travel to Richmond, VA.
• Experience with state government agencies and government contracting.
• Experience leading agile development teams and large-scale delivery.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence and agile practices.

Aufgaben

• Proactively detect risks and resolve them with delivery team and stakeholders.
• Grow the program with surge CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve delivery problems.
• Support creation of delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners.
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and other leads.
• Manage contracts and finances within your portfolio in coordination with Finance.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava policies at the program level.
