You will guide teams across government-focused projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with program goals in a complex, compliance-driven environment. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and scaling agile practices while maintaining trust with government partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience working with or for state government agencies and understanding government contracting.
• Ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary agile teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and resolve issues across delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Grow program scope with CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve cross-cutting delivery problems.
