Qualifications

Must have Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure experience.
Must work east coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA by air, train, or car.
Experience with state government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
Experience leading agile development teams at scale.
Proven ability to manage milestones, dependencies, and risks.

Responsibilities

Exceed government partner expectations by building trusted relationships and maintaining agency-level awareness.
Identify risks early and coordinate cross-team resolution with stakeholders.
Engage clients continuously to align on vision, solve issues, and report progress transparently.
Grow the program through new CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
Lead multiple projects and ensure standards for delivery and client service.
