Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for a portfolio of strategic government contracts.

You will drive program delivery, align cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth collaboration with government partners and Nava’s delivery teams. The role requires experience in custom software or cloud infrastructure programs, agile leadership, and a strong understanding of government contracting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects
• Experience with leading agile development teams and large-scale projects
• Knowledge of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails
• Experience with agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing agile teams
• Experience with Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and resolve them with delivery and program stakeholders
• Manage contracts and finances within your portfolio with the finance team
• Scale delivery efforts through a team of project managers and leads
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve cross-cutting problems
• Oversee medium- to long-term delivery planning and contract management
