Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is hiring a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on strategic government contracts. The role requires extensive experience overseeing large, complex programs and ensuring compliant, transparent operations across multiple stakeholders.

Remote-first with East Coast hours and travel to the Richmond, VA area as needed. You will mentor a growing team, manage contract performance, and drive continuous improvement in delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience leading and growing agile development teams at scale.
• Proven ability to manage milestones, dependencies, and integrations with significant risk or complexity.
• Strong understanding of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and resolve them with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Grow the program with opportunities, CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve delivery problems.
• Support delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners.
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and other delivery leads.
• Coordinate contracts and finances with the finance team and manage modifications.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava policies at the program level.
