Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience with state government agencies, government contracting, and audit trails.
• Experience leading large-scale agile projects and teams of 50+ staff.
• Ability to manage milestones, dependencies, and high-risk/complex delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
