Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement across strategic government contracts. You will guide multi-project delivery, manage budgets and staffing, and foster trusted relationships with government partners.

East Coast hours, travel to Richmond, VA, and experience leading large, cross-functional agile teams are essential. This role offers remote-friendly work and opportunities to scale impactful programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience leading agile development teams at scale.
• Strong understanding of government contracting and audit trails.
• Proven ability to manage milestones, dependencies and integrations.
• Proven track record of growing agile teams and managing large portfolios.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and resolve issues with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Grow the program across opportunities, CLINs, options, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve delivery problems.
• Support delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners.
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and delivery leads.
• Coordinate contracts and finances with the finance team and modify contracts as needed.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava policies at the program level.
