Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement across a group of strategic government contracts. You will guide cross-team delivery, manage budgets and subcontractors, and ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes for public sector partners.

The role requires deep experience with agile methods, large-scale programs, and the ability to coordinate with government agencies and internal teams in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading custom software or cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience with state or local government contracting and audits.
• Proven track record delivering large, multi-year programs.
• Experience leading agile development teams at scale.
• Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum or Kanban practices.
