Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery and client engagement for a group of strategic government contracts. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and coordinate with the finance team on contract profitability.

Based on the East Coast, you will work East Coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA as needed to support delivery. Nava values scalable processes, transparent communication, and a culture-conscious, sustainable business.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience leading and growing agile development teams at scale.
• Experience with state government agencies or government contracting and audit trails.
• Ability to manage milestones, dependencies, and integrations with significant risk or scale.
• Proficiency with agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve them.
• Grow the program with opportunities, CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve delivery problems.
• Support delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners.
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and delivery leads.
• Manage contracts and finances in coordination with the finance team.
