Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic government contracts. You will oversee program health, staffing, contract management, and growth, with a focus on trusted relationships and high-quality service.

This is a remote-friendly role suited to candidates on the East Coast with travel to Richmond, VA when needed. You will manage complex programs, align with government requirements, and scale delivery through a team of project

Qualifikationen

Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs.
Experience working with or for state government agencies, with understanding of government contracting and audit trails.
Proven ability to lead large, multi-stakeholder delivery efforts with complex dependencies.
Strong written and verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.

Lead delivery and client engagement for a group of strategic government contracts.
Cultivate client trust, maintain program health, staffing, and contract management.
Proactively detect risks and coordinate with delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve them.
