Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic government contracts. You will drive trust, team health, staffing, contract management, and growth while overseeing large, complex programs.

The role emphasizes agile leadership, risk mitigation, and collaboration across teams to deliver outcomes that align with Nava’s public‑benefit mission. Remote-first with travel to East Coast hubs as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience working with or for state government agencies, with solid understanding of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Exceed the expectations of government partners by cultivating strong relationships and maintaining high situational awareness at the agency level.
• Proactively detect risks and work with delivery team and stakeholders to resolve them, including issues with delivery, process, staffing, and contracts.
• Lead a team of project managers and delivery leads to ensure delivery excellence and client service across contracts.
