Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic government contracts. You will oversee multi-project delivery, manage budgets, risks, and staff, and collaborate with government partners to ensure mission success.

This role requires experience with agile delivery, large teams, and state/federal contracting, with east coast travel optional. Nava supports remote-friendly work arrangements for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs.
• Experience leading large agile teams and scaled programs.
• Proven track record of delivering complex government-related projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel East Coast to Richmond, VA as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and resolve them with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Grow the program with surge contract line item numbers (CLINs), option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve delivery issues.
• Support creation of delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners and teams.
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and other delivery leads.
• Manage all contracts and finances with the finance team and coordinate contract modifications.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava's policies and guidance at the program level.
