Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in Aerospace and Defense (A&D).
• 5+ years leading large scale projects with cross-functional teams.

• Oversee the integration and management of multiple large-scale projects or one highly complex development.
• Lead a portfolio of program/project managers with focus on cost, schedule, and technical planning.
