Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a Senior Program Planning and Scheduling Manager to lead the development and optimization of integrated master plans for highly complex aerospace and defense programs. You will coordinate schedules, drive risk analyses, resolve critical path issues, and report to senior leadership in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 11+ years in program planning and scheduling with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Higher level degree may substitute for experience; in absence of a degree, 15 years of related experience.
• Proven leadership abilities including change management, mentoring, and career development.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project or other scheduling tool and familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, development, and coordination of integrated master plans and schedules for highly complex programs.
• Ensure tracking and maintenance of project plans to guarantee integration across the enterprise.
• Lead risk analysis efforts to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
• Resolve critical path conflicts using Gantt, PERT, and milestone charts.
• Present detailed schedule reports to senior stakeholders and leadership.
