Sierra Nevada Company, LLC in the United States is seeking a Sr Program Manager to oversee the integration and management of multiple large-scale projects within the IAS/SAOC initiative. You will guide a portfolio of PMOs and Project Managers, ensuring cost control, scheduling, and technical execution meet customer requirements.

You will lead efforts across business operations, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-visibility programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in project or program management in Aerospace/Defense.
• 10+ years leading large-scale projects and teams of 10+ members.
• Experience evaluating proposals/quotes and managing complex programs.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance and security requirements.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsabilités

• Oversee integration and management of multiple large-scale projects or one highly complex development.
• Lead PMO and a portfolio of PMs, focusing on cost, schedule, and technical execution.
• Track program status, risk, and performance; report to leadership.
• Guide teams, ensure compliance with corporate policies and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and respond to program changes.
• Develop proposals, conduct research, and coordinate audits with stakeholders.
