Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a Sr Program Manager - PMO Lead to oversee integration and management of multiple large-scale projects within the IAS business area. The role drives cost control, scheduling, and technical execution while leading a team of PMO professionals to deliver high-visibility outcomes.

Responsibilities include program integration, risk management, proposal development support, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive program management experience in Aerospace & Defense.
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI if needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage total Program Integration for multiple large-scale projects or a highly complex development with high visibility.
• Lead a portfolio of Program/Project Managers focusing on customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical planning.
• Track and report project status, technical execution, and overall program performance.
• Supervise program staff to ensure successful outcomes and coordinate with CAM-related functions.
