Sierra Nevada Company, LLC is seeking a Sr Program Manager to oversee the integration and management of multiple large-scale projects within the IAS business area. You will lead a portfolio of PMs, ensure customer relationships, cost control, scheduling, and technical execution.

The role requires 10+ years in aerospace/defense project management, 5+ years leading teams, and an active Secret clearance. You will work in an office/hybrid setting in Lone Tree, CO, with opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, PM, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• 5+ years leading large-scale projects with 10+ cross-functional members.
• In the absence of a degree, 14 years of related experience may be substituted.
• Experience evaluating proposals and cost/schedule baselines.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects or portfolios.
• Ability to identify, assess, and control financial, technical, and legal risks.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
