Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Sr Program Manager to oversee the integration and management of large, complex programs in aerospace and defense. You will lead a portfolio of PMOs, manage cost and schedule, and ensure technical execution while fostering customer relationships.

Role requires building strong cross-functional teams, coordinating through PMO, and driving continuous improvement. Must be eligible for a Secret clearance and able to obtain TS/SCI as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration and management of multiple large-scale projects with high visibility.
• Lead a portfolio of PMs, focusing on cost, schedule, and technical planning.
• Track status, report progress, and manage program risks and issues.
• Develop proposals, coordinate audits, and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.
• Mentor PMO staff and drive process improvements across programs.
