Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a Program Manager II to oversee the integration and management of multiple complex projects and major systems, ensuring customer relationships, cost control, scheduling, and technical execution in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 8+ years in aerospace/defense program management, leading teams and proposals, and managing programs of $20M+. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees or PMP are preferred. TS/SCI eligibility is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in Aerospace/Defense.
• 3+ years leading medium-scale projects (1–2 years) with 5+ cross-functional team members.
• Experience with evaluating RFx and proposals; preparing and submitting proposals.
• Experience leading complex projects or larger programs; strong financial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program integration management for multiple projects with focus on cost, schedule, and technical planning.
• Track and report project status and overall program performance.
• Supervise staff to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead proposal tasks from initial customer interaction through contract award.
