Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) in Plano, TX is seeking a Sr Program Manager to oversee the integration and management of multiple large‑scale aerospace and defense projects, ensuring strong customer relationships, cost control, scheduling, and technical execution.

You will lead a portfolio of PMO professionals, drive risk management, and coordinate across business areas to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and compliant program delivery under FAR/DFARS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in A&D.
• 5+ years leading large scale projects with 10+ cross-functional members.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance and program lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration and management of multiple large-scale projects or a highly complex development.
• Lead a portfolio of PMO professionals focusing on cost, schedule, and technical planning.
• Track and report on project status, execution, and overall program performance.
• Develop proposals, coordinate audits, and negotiate with stakeholders to meet constraints.
• Lead change management, data governance, and program documentation processes.
