Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and oversee program execution, billing, and performance metrics. You will work across internal and external stakeholders to drive KPIs and deliverables.

The role requires 3–4 years of PM experience, a solid grasp of budgeting, and frequent collaboration with HUB partners. Travel up to 10% is expected, with opportunities to mentor peers and influence quarterly and year-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Ability to travel both locally and out-of-town, up to 10% travel.
• Flexibility to travel as needed (minimal).

Responsibilities

• Monitor account funding daily to ensure POs are funded for billing.
• Lead weekly client meetings, set agendas, and distribute minutes.
• Review core program metrics (claims, enrollments, budget performance) weekly.
• Manage invoicing accuracy and timeliness for monthly cycles.
• Prepare accruals and maintain QBR-ready data and presentations.
