Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and drive program execution. You will oversee account funding, claims workflows, and weekly client touchpoints, while tracking budgets and KPIs.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive issue resolution to maximize program value. You will prepare quarterly updates, support audits, and mentor peers, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized, detail-oriented with strong time management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% locally and out-of-town.

Responsibilities

• Account Funding Monitoring: review funding for VPC accounts daily for billing.
• Lead weekly client account touchpoints, prepare agendas and minutes.
• Manage client and internal meetings to track deliverables and actions.
• Review core program metrics: claims, enrollments, and budgets weekly.
• Prepare accruals and support quarterly and year-end activities.
