Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and drive program execution across assigned brands. You will oversee funding, billing, vendor relationships, and data-driven insights to maximize program performance and客户 value.

The role involves leading weekly client touchpoints, preparing QBR-ready materials, and ensuring financial oversight with cross-functional teams. Some travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing or healthcare or pharma industry.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail oriented with effective time management.
• Budget management or financial accounting skills.
• Travel up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Monitor funding for VPC accounts and billing.
• Lead weekly client meetings, develop agendas and record meeting minutes.
• Review claims, enrollments, and budget performance weekly.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare program data for QBR-ready presentations.
• Coordinate BRD renewals and data pulls for year-end.
