Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as primary client relationship manager, driving program execution, account management, and financial oversight across assigned brands. You will develop expertise in therapeutic areas and client objectives to provide strategic guidance and data-driven recommendations.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, HUB partners, and internal teams to meet project deliverables, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree and/or PMP preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required.
• Experience with project or program management in a healthcare/pharma context is expected.
• Ability to travel up to 10% locally/in-person is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account funding monitoring and ensure POs are funded for billing.
• Review claims workflow and maintain trackers for audit readiness.
• Lead weekly client account touchpoints and distribute meeting minutes.
• Manage client/internal stakeholder meetings and track decisions and action items.
• Review core program metrics including claims, enrollments, and budget performance.
• Prepare accruals and support quarterly audit activities.
• Develop QBR-ready data presentations and maintain ongoing program observations.
