Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery and client engagement for a portfolio of strategic contracts across state and local government.

You will coordinate delivery, staffing, contract management, and financial performance, while aligning teams to client needs and Nava's service standards. You will manage cross-functional, agile teams, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in complex, multi-year programs.

Formación

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs or projects.
• Experience leading large agile teams and multi-year programs.
• Knowledge of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery and client engagement across a portfolio of strategic contracts.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and integrations with risk management.
• Coordinate staffing, contract management, and financial performance.
• Collaborate across projects to drive delivery excellence and client service.
