Nava Public Benefit Corp. is hiring a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for a portfolio of government-facing contracts. You will oversee large-scale, complex programs, align with agile practices, and drive contract and financial performance across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes building trust with government partners, coordinating across teams, and scaling delivery through a network of project managers while ensuring compliance and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex programs in government or public sector
• Ability to work with East Coast hours and travel to VA
• Strong understanding of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails
• Proven success growing agile development teams and scaling programs
• Experience with production operations alongside product development

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and resolve them with delivery teams and stakeholders
• Grow the program with potential new opportunities, CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve cross-org problems
• Support delivery environments built on mutual trust between government partners and Nava
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and other delivery leads
• Manage contracts and finances within your portfolio in coordination with the finance team
