Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on strategic government contracts. You will oversee trust, staffing, contract milestones, and profit & loss while maintaining high service levels.

As a senior leader, you will coordinate with delivery teams to mitigate risk, grow the program, and ensure client success across multiple engagements, with remote-friendly, east-coast aligned hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading government-facing delivery and client engagement programs.
• Experience with large-scale, complex projects in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC in distributed teams.
• Experience with contract management, milestones, and risk mitigation.
