Job summary

PERSUIT is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of 2–4 concurrent strategic programs for Fortune 100/500 clients, spanning multiple workstreams and stakeholders. You will be the single accountable owner for scope, schedule, governance, and risk, guiding programs from initiation through go-live.

This player-coach role also involves raising the standard of program management across the team by coaching Onboarding Managers and building scalable playbooks for governance,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client-facing program or project management experience in enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience building or improving program management processes.
• Experience working to Statements of Work with defined scope.
• Experience running governance with Fortune 500 or equivalent stakeholders.
• Strong communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of 2-4 concurrent strategic programs for large clients.
• Own scope, schedule, governance, and risk across workstreams.
• Coach Onboarding Managers and develop scalable playbooks.
• Coordinate requirements with Solutions Architects and engineers; oversee integrations.
• Drive go-live readiness and client adoption to deliver measurable value.
• Manage change control and client communications through SOW.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams and report to steering committees.
