Job summary
PERSUIT is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of 2–4 concurrent strategic programs for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients. You will be the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, governance, and risk, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
This player-coach role will also raise the standard of program management by coaching Onboarding Managers and building scalable playbooks for governance, risk, and reporting.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of client-facing program or project management in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience building or improving program management processes.
- Experience working to Statements of Work with clear scope with clients.
- Experience running committee governance with Fortune 500 or equivalent.
- Ability to align stakeholders and manage expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of 2–4 concurrent strategic programs fromSales handover to go-live and transition to Customer Success.
- Run steering committees and executive reporting with clear decision logs.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies, maintain logs, and escalate early.
- Lead requirements gathering with Solutions Architects and engineers; oversee integrations.
- Define go-live criteria, UAT standards, and manage cutover for confident launches.
- Manage change control against the SOW and draft new work scoping.
- Drive client adoption and measurable value across programs.
