Job summary

Gravitate is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead key account delivery and mature the company's project management discipline. This role requires turning ambiguity into clear plans, driving decisions, and delivering customer commitments with transparent governance.

You will own the operating rhythm for the program, align stakeholders across delivery, product, engineering, and executive leadership, and raise the bar for delivery excellence in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, program management, implementation management, or delivery leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for complex customer delivery programs, including active delivery, stabilization, enhancements, integrations, reporting readiness, and future phases.
• Partner with Delivery, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Accounting, and executive stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, milestones, and customer commitments.
• Establish and maintain program plans, RAID logs, decision trackers, milestone plans, acceptance criteria, and executive reporting to provide a clear source of truth for program health.
• Proactively identify risks, resource constraints, dependency gaps, delayed decisions, and customer readiness issues; own escalation paths and drive resolution.
• Lead inner and customer-facing governance meetings with clear agendas, timely follow-up, and transparent communication for executive visibility into progress, risks, and decisions.
• Strengthen project management standards across complex customer programs by improving scope management, change control, release readiness, and handoffs to support.
