Qualifications

• 7+ years of Program Management, PMO, Delivery Management, or Consulting experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise programs or portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance processes, and program health management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and distributed teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to operate strategically while remaining engaged in delivery execution.
• Experience building executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and business reviews.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and program management activities across multiple enterprise initiatives.
• Oversee program health, delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Partner with executives and senior stakeholders to provide program visibility and strategic updates.
• Support and guide Program Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery teams.
• Establish and maintain governance standards, reporting frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive executive business reviews, steering committee meetings, and status reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery consistency.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement scalable processes.
• Support enterprise portfolio planning and prioritization activities.
• Ensure successful execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
