Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Professional Services Program Manager to coordinate complex, multi-project delivery programs for enterprise technology deployments. Remote within the US with no visa sponsorship, this role partners with technical teams and executives to ensure delivery discipline, financial rigor, and strong governance.

You will mentor project managers, optimize methodologies, and drive automation while maintaining high-quality deliverables across fast-paced customer implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years leading complex, large-scale technology programs or cybersecurity deployments.
• Proven ability to manage program financials, including margin health and resource utilization.
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise program management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Exceptional communication skills for high-stakes customer interactions and executive alignment.
• Expertise in risk management frameworks and dynamic prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end coordination of complex, multi-project delivery programs.
• Manage strategic allocation and scheduling of delivery consultants while ensuring financial rigor.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational delivery risks proactively.
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting dashboards for stakeholder alignment.
• Empower technical teams and mentor project managers to enhance delivery capabilities.
