Job summary

Provenir is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-complexity software implementations for tier-one banks and major financial institutions. You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent programs, mentor junior managers, and serve as the trusted escalation point for executives.

You’ll shape delivery methodology, scope new phases, and collaborate with Architects and Consultants to design solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Project Management delivering large-scale software implementations for financial institutions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity, high-visibility software implementations for top clients
• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple programs and teams
• Mentor Project Managers and Consultants across the Global Applied Intelligence team
• Document requirements, scope, and risk; ensure regulatory compliance during delivery
• Communicate project status to executives and stakeholders at all levels
