Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support multiple strategic programs within a high level enterprise portfolio. This role acts as a leadership layer across technical experts, Program Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery teams to ensure program health and stakeholder visibility.

Unlike traditional project management, this position focuses on governance, resource leadership, and scaling best practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Program Management, PMO, Delivery Management, or Consulting experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, PMO operations, and program health management.
• Experience managing distributed teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Strong experience with reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and business reviews.
• Experience within large technology organizations.
• Experience supporting hardware / software embedded technical programs
• Experience leading PMO transformations or managed service delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms.
• Consulting and managed services experience.
