Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program and project execution across multiple workstreams from planning to cutover and hyper-care.
Develop and maintain detailed schedules, plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party implementers to manage milestones and dependencies.
Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues for timely decisions.
Communicate status and updates to executive stakeholders regularly.
Support delivery in enterprise SDLC initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
Partner with business and technical teams to translate priorities into executable plans.
Ensure activities align with governance standards and policies.
Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.
Support achievement of program outcomes and enterprise objectives.
