Job summary

PERSUIT is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of 2–4 strategic programs for Fortune 100/500 clients. You will coordinate across client, law firm, and internal teams, ensuring scope, schedule, governance, and risk are managed effectively.

This player-coach role also focuses on improving delivery standards by coaching Onboarding Managers and creating scalable playbooks for governance, change control, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client-facing program or project management experience in enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience building or improving program management processes.
• Experience working to Statements of Work and maintaining scope with clients.
• Experience running governance with executive stakeholders at large organizations.
• Ability to align stakeholders with varying needs and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of 2–4 concurrent strategic programs for Fortune 100/500 clients.
• Run steering committees and executive reporting with clear logs of decisions and changes.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies; maintain risk/issue logs and escalation paths.
• Oversee discovery, integrations, data migration, and go-live readiness.
• Define go-live criteria, UAT standards, and cutover plans for successful launches.
• Manage change control against the SOW and draft new SOWs for additional work.
• Drive client adoption and measurable value beyond mere project completion.
• Collaborate across client legal, procurement, finance, IT, and vendors.
• Build onboarding playbooks and governance templates to scale delivery.
