Job summary

Persuit is seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to lead enterprise client implementations and onboarding programs for the PERSUIT platform. You will manage multiple onboarding projects, partner with senior legal and operational stakeholders, and drive adoption and value realization for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients.

This role emphasizes project leadership, risk management, and process optimization, with opportunities to apply AI-driven tooling and scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in a client-facing role such as SaaS onboarding, customer success, consulting or professional services, project management, or client delivery.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage onboarding for 8-12 enterprise clients simultaneously, guiding through all phases of implementation and adoption.
• Lead onboarding projects ranging from 3-6 months, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines stay on track.
• Identify, manage, and accelerate risks to onboarding project plans proactively before they impact outcomes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure successful implementation.
