Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager for the Sustainment team to lead large-scale, high-impact projects from cradle to grave. You will define problems, shape solutions, and drive implementation with ownership, across Product Operations, Training, and Deployments.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to align strategies and deliver mission-critical outcomes in national-security programs. Gain exposure to data-driven decision making, tooling delivery, and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated self-starter with ability to resolve issues independently.
• Extensive ownership and problem-solving skills in unstructured situations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical rigor and first principles thinking.
• Mastery in developing workflows and operational effectiveness.
• 4+ years as a cross-functional leader in hardware, software, or peopleware.
• Ability to obtain and hold US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and implementation of software tooling for Sustainment capabilities across the enterprise
• Take extreme ownership of projects, from definition, to solution and implementation.
• Work on strategic problems, providing structure and shepherding cross-functional groups of stakeholders towards decisions on strategic issues.
• Identify organizational gaps and problems through an intimate, tactical-level understanding of the team’s operations, then build consensus and resources to solve these gaps
• Weaponize the large amounts of data collected to create insights that drive business decisions
• Execute ad hoc projects with internal and cross-functional teams to support critical operational and financial decision making.
