Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Production Program Manager to steer high-volume, security-intensive manufacturing programs. You will bridge engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, and leadership to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery within budget.

You’ll drive efficiency, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and translate prototypes into scalable production, shaping the future of modern defense capabilities globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations program management, business operations, engineering/technical roles, preferably in defense or complex hardware industries.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production workflows.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Gantt charts.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Problem Solving: identify, analyze, and resolve complex operational issues impeding product maturity and scalability.
• Budget & Cost Control: monitor budgets, track progress, and enable transition to full scale production.
• Stakeholder Communication: provide regular updates on status, risks, and solutions.
• Resource Management: ensure materials, labor, and equipment meet readiness goals.
• Risk Management: identify and mitigate risks that affect timelines or readiness.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: coordinate between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, program management, growth, quality and leadership teams.
