Job summary

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company based in California. We seek a highly motivated Program Manager to own a portion of a growing portfolio of government reference architecture programs, partnering with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to align baselines and commitments.

You'll bring architectural fluency and execution discipline to drive milestones, risk burndown, and direct program status to the customer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs.
• Active US Secret clearance is required.
• Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering.
• Experience with government reference architectures and CDRL delivery.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across engineering, contracts, finance and security.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Ownership across a growing portfolio.
• Manage program finances, schedules, and technical performance.
• Develop and maintain architecture fluency for open systems discussions.
• Oversee CDRL and contract deliverables with compliance to data descriptions.
• Represent program status to the customer and lead TI meetings.
• Collaborate with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders.
